To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we ask that you review and follow our salon policies. Appointments are recommended; please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other posted payment methods.

All services are provided in accordance with Illinois cosmetology licensing and sanitation regulations. Children are welcome for appropriate services. Please disclose any skin or scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Gift cards, promotions, and discounts are valid as stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in compliance with state and federal anti-discrimination laws. By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
